Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We offer FREE shipping for all products. We DO NOT ship to Alaska & Hawaii. For more details, please read below and contact us, if you still have questions.

KAHUNA CHAIR (Massage Chairs)

If you want to cancel your order after your massage chair has shipped you will be responsible for any shipping charges for all orders including free shipping orders. The usual Shipping charge in the U.S. is around $300 one way. White glove service is also not refundable.

 

DR. FUJI (Massage Chairs)

Shipping costs for chairs ranges from $550 to $999 for curbside delivery (subject to models and locations) while small items from $40 to $599. Please note that white gloves assembly services are subject for availability.

 

MEDICAL BREAKTHROUGH (Massage Chairs, Saunas, & Cold Plunges)

Installation costs for white glove service ranges from $450 if no stairs to $550 if with stairs inside home.

 

TRUE LIFE MASSAGE CHAIRS

We can arrange white glove delivery service which ranges from $450-$550 depending on the delivery address.

 

GOLDEN DESIGNS INC.

Saunas ship out of our warehouse within the next two business days, and from there it takes roughly business days for shipping. Tracking number will be emailed once available. If you notice any strange activity on the tracking, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will investigate any issues. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday with a 4-hour open window. They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. **

The sauna will be delivered in 1 box for 1-2 person models or multiple boxes for larger units. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna. Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. Please refuse the delivery if you should see any softball-sized holes in the packaging (likely damage caused by forklifts).

 

SUNRAY SAUNA

All saunas are shipped truck freight from our warehouse to anywhere in the continental US. We offer both drop shipping (curbside) FOB, and white glove delivery options. All shipments are palletized and require lift gate delivery. To minimize damage during transit all saunas are strapped to the pallet with wooden braces and interior boxes are protected with polystyrene foam with a minimum burst strength of 200 psi.

 

THE CANADIAN SPA

Once the order is paid, our team will contact the buyer and arrange the shipment. We will put the hot tub on a pallet and deliver it to the buyer’s driveway.

 

ALLERAIR & ELETROCORP

Return shipping costs and obligatory insurance are the sole responsibility of the customer. AllerAir will examine merchandise upon receipt; should the product be damaged, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for the damages. Should the product be found in its original working and physical condition, the customer's account will be credited. No exchanges or returns will be allowed after 30 days. Any order discrepancies must be communicated to AllerAir within 10 days of receiving the order.

In order to prevent possible transport damages and to secure your rights to exchange products, products must be returned and packaged exactly as they were shipped. As such, the product must be returned to AllerAir in its original packaging, and insured accordingly, at the customer's expense. Should damage to the product incur as a result of not abiding by this condition, AllerAir may charge the customer for repairs to the product.

All exchanged or returned products must have an RA (Return Authorization) number, which must be clearly listed on the outside of the box or on the return label, otherwise, the shipment will be refused by AllerAir and returned to the customer.

* In the event of a product return, the original product packaging is required. If you require replacement product packaging, AllerAir will ship you the shipping box for a nominal fee.

* Due to cancellation in whole or in part for orders requiring a deposit (5 units or greater), the deposit is not refundable, however, the equivalent in value of the deposit as calculated per the manufacturer's suggested retail price of the units may be supplied at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.  All customized orders are non-returnable.

 

SWISS MADISON

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when the order has shipped. Shipment times are subject to potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@healthylifesources.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

LUXURY SPAS

We offer direct to consumer(curbside) shipping, and white glove delivery options. All shipments are palletized and require lift gate delivery. If the freight company is unable to deliver the spa due to issues with accessing the customers’ property, we may need to use a 3rd party to deliver the spa which may result in additional charges. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to coordinating the delivery of the spa.

To help minimize damage during transit all spas are strapped to the pallet with extra strength banding and the exterior boxes are protected with polystyrene foam with a minimum burst strength of 200 to minimize and potential for damage during transit.

 

A&E BATH

Lead time is 3-7 days and we will arrange with our partner freight to pick up the delivery of the products.

 

MAYA BATH

Orders for large or heavy items ship via a trucking carrier. We offer free shipping on all orders. Freight delivery is typically 2 to 6 business days, allow extra time for remote locations. The Freight Carrier or Tucking company will contact you to set up an appointment time before delivering.  Once your product leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a link to the freight carrier’s website and the tracking number. Tracking numbers take 1 business day to update.

 

BELLATERRA

Damage or Lost Shipments

Any damages must be noted on shipping documents when signing for receipt of shipment. Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be made to the carrier.

Damage caused during moving (tipping over) or during installation is not a defect or warranty issue and will not be considered as such. Bellaterra Home does not accept mis-shipped items after 30 days.

Shipping

Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours of purchase order receipt. Changes in order will delay the shipping an additional 24 hours. Rush orders (Next day, 2nd day, 3 day) must be received by 11 AM PST in order to be processed the same day. In addition to the expedited freight charges, $15.00 rush shipment fee will be added to the order.

 

ALFI and EAGO

Damaged items

All items must be inspected for damage within 1 day of receipt. We must receive written notification of any damage within 2 days by submitting a form which includes a description of the damage and images of the damaged product and outer box.

In case of goods damaged during shipping, If it’s necessary for the item to be returned, manufacturer will pay for the return shipping costs. Manufacturer will also pay for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Defective Under Warranty

All warranty claims must be submitted via email along with a description of the problem and several images of the item and problem if possible to photograph.

Shipping

FedEx Ground shipments can get anywhere in the country within 3 business days after 1 business day for processing. Please note that orders under 10 lbs will ship via FedEx SmartPost with final delivery by the USPS with a lead time of 2-7 days. Items that weigh over 150 lbs must ship freight LTL. These exclude Alaska & Hawaii. Please contact us for quotes to these states.

 

KUBEBATH

In stock orders ship within 2 business days of PO receipt (continental US). Ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is only available by request. Please send us an email at support@healthylifesources.com for a shipping quote. 

 

EVIVA

Most orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment and address verification are received, but some products have longer fulfillment times of 2-3 weeks. In such instances, our customer service department will keep you updated on the order status. Our products include FREE SHIPPING to the continental United States with all shipments being curbside delivery, Some restrictions may apply on some items.

Customers shipping to Hawaii or Alaska should email us at support@healthylifesources.com for a shipping quote. BE ADVISED, any potential duty, tariff, customs or customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and may be in addition to the shipping charges.

Free shipping does not include any additional charges resulting from customer special requests such as: inside delivery, re-delivery after a missed appointment, fees to send to an alternate address other than what was listed at the time of shipment, or storage for delivery delays.

Any additional charges billed by the shipping company for charges not specifically requested by us will be assessed to the buyer. In the event that a shipment is returned to us due to a customer’s neglect of receiving the shipment timely, all related shipping charges will be assessed to the buyer (including the original outbound shipping charge).

The sum of said shipping charges will be deducted from any refund due to the customer for returned merchandise.
